  From start to finish I loved everything about my visit. The staff member who scheduled me was incredible and the staff that met me and the instructor they were all perfect :) they made me feel so comfortable and right at home. The class was so fun! I love how challenging it is but you don’t realize how hard you are working. I haven’t had that much enjoyment from a workout in a long time!
